VILLA FLORES
Welcome to Villa Flores, confortable and little place, where praticity and style together with new technologies, has been chosen to make your vacation pleasant and relaxing. The structure is acoustically and thermically isolated and offers axcellent apartments with 2 sleeping-room, all furnished with attention and elegance, and when you croos the entry's threshold, you will relize that nothing will disturb you, but you will be anyway in contact with the outside, thank you to the technologies of communication, wich will be at your disposal.
At almost 5 minutes far from the beach, its close with everykind of stores and services, and to the main important access-roads. For the free-time, mini-gymnasium and bicycles with descounted rent-prices. Appartements with 2 rooms and 5/6 beds, each of them composed by living-room with couch-bed and cooking-corner, 2sleeping-rooms both with double-bed, 2 bathrooms and laundry. All the appartements have got air-conditioned, private heating, equipped balconies. Centralized Internet-connection and vacum-cleaner.
VILLA PAOLINA
It's a little building in liberty-style completly renewed and lies 50 mt far from the sea in a central area of Bellaria. It's composed of 7 appartments nice and confortable, all with TVC. The flats on the ground-floor have privat garden and parkplace. The flats on 1º and 2º floor will have possibility of parking place 300 mt far from the house.
VILLA ELISABETTA
It's a villa recently built, 400 mt far from the beach, in a quite place near the centre. The flats are on the 2º floor (with lift), fournished in a practical and confortable way, equipped with TVC and air-drier.
All these flats are completely furnished with: freezing, boiler, blankets and coverlets, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. Not included are: washing-machine and dish-washer, bedlinen (but it's possible to rent), beach-service.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO RENT
To reserve a flat, it's necessary to send a deposit of 50% of the rent-price the settlement will be on the delivery of the keys the day of arrival in our office of Igea Marina.
at the same time You should pay a caution of 100.00 Euro for family and 260.00 Euro for young-people that will be given back at the end of the stay except verification of demages during the end-control. The holiday-maker is responsible for any kind of damages caused by his own into the flat and he commits himself to let it clean and in order, penality the keeping of the caution.
The price is inclusive of all charges: gaz, electricity and water.
The flat will be deliver from 15.00 o'clock till 19.00 o' clock of the leaving-day.
If the holiday-maker for any reason can not arrive in time, he is requested to trasmit it by phoning our agency, so we can find together a solution.
You are also requested to respect the silence during the hour-rest, without usng wooden-soled sandal or by keeping Tv and radio on high tone; in this way holidays will be vacation for everyone! |
