"Residence Laura", 20 meters from the sea (bath 46), in a calm place and at the same time in centre of the town, is a refined building, opened in summer 2002.
Apartments, very comfortable and extremely functional, offer every kind of comfort.
They all have one wide bedroom (with 3 beds) a smaller bedroom (with 2 beds), a bathroom (with shower box), a living room with a completely equipped kitchen and one or two wide balcony, for a total area equal to about 50 mq.
Every apartment is endowed with air conditioning, a private washing machine, electronic safe, colour TV, microwave oven, armoured door and electric rolling shutters.
Every apartment has a park place (garage). In the building there's a lift.
Residence Laura is directly managed by the owners.

Prices, for week, include all services above and expenses for gas, water and electric power
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Reservations are confirmed only if followed by an earnest equal to the 30% of the rental within 15 days. The final settlement of the payment will take place when the guests will receive the apartment's keys. Vacationers will be able to take possession of the apartment from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. of the arrival day. They will have to leave the apartment within 10 a.m. of the last day. Guests will have to pay the entire rental also if they arrive late or they leave before time.
At their arrival, they will have to pay a caution money (100,00 €) that will be given back at the return of the apartment, if everything will be in good conditions. Possible damages will be kept from the caution.
Guest should keep the apartment clean and tidy and should not disturb other vacationers. At the end of the vacation a final cleaning is compulsory (40,00 €). Apartments can be occupied only by people indicated in the reservation; possible other people will have to pay an extra charge.
Weeks are always from Saturday to Saturday.
Direction isn't responsible for possible damages to the cars in the garage (garage service is free).
Pets are not accepted. For more than two weeks vacations there's a discount. |
