The Residence Aries is in the center of Cesenatico in a quiet area, 50 meters from the sandy beach. The Residence has 30 flats which sleep 3/4/5/6 people with balconies or for those on the ground floor a private garden.
Nearby: supermarket and shops. The chemist is 200 meters from the residence and the hospital is 500 meters. The waterslide is 250 meters, the tennis club with 6 tennis courts are 100 meters, the minigolf and park 30 meters, Cesenatico golf club 1 km. and the Levante park is 500 meters. The railway station is 1 Km, Rimini airport 20 Km and Mirabilandia 18 Km.

From May 19 through July 3 and from July 24 through August 7, all those guests who book 2 weeks will get the benefit of a 10% discount.
• SPECIAL RESIDENCE
10% discount for stays of 3 weeks minimum.
• LONG WEEKS
From May 19 through June 19 and from august 28 through September 14 , if you pay for seven days, you will get three days for free: 7+3=10 days for the price of 7 ( the three extra days must be confirmed upon booking your room).
° FREE CHILDREN
cribs and high chair free in all the periods; besides, all the children actually to 3 years old are not considered in the price (ex: if you are in 4 + 1 newborn you can choose the typology "Violet four places bed" and not the "Rosa five places bed")

During July 31-August 7 you can book a stay shorter than a week, 3 days minimum

For those guests that book a stay only within the week from July 31 through August 7, this rate includes:

- 2 free admission tickets to a flat either at Mirabilandia Amusement Park or Italia in Miniatura Miniature Park.

The price of the weeklies magazine refers to one stay week, for apartment and number of persons.Extras: € 16 per day one extra person. Final cleaning of flat is included in price but the kitchen must be left clean and tidy.Deposit: € 130 refundable once bill for breakages has been paid.Booking: 30% deposit full payment on arrival. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday (excluded period 19/5-19/6) with arrival after 4 pm and departures before 10 am. Prices include VAT, air conditioning, normal use of water, electricity, gas, daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathroom (except Saturday) bed linen, bath linen changed during week.Small pets are allowed with previous permission they are not allowed in the comunal areas..
