TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 150,00 to be paid upon collection of the key; it will be given back after the checking of the flat;
CLEANING: € 50,00 to be paid upon departure or to be effected by the customer (the cleaning of the cooking area always lies with the customer);
LINEN: not provided; bedlinen upon request: € 8,00 per person per change;
BABY COTS: free of charge; upon request;
EXTRA BED: upon request; prices vary according to the season;
ANIMALS: upon request;
BOOKING: it is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment;
DEPOSIT: to be paid upon booking via money order or bank transfer;
BALANCE: to be paid upon arrival after the collection of the key; cheques accepted; credit cards not accepted;
ARRIVALS: Saturday afternoon 16:00 - 19:00;
