Cooking areas are equipped with fridge, freezer and microwave oven, the latter giving guests the possibility to cook quick meals.
Guests staying at the NOCCHIERO*** Residence can also take advantage of large common spaces, launderette and tumble dryer, private car park (until parking places last) and free bikes for hire. |

At the time of booking a deposit of 30%, which will be returned only by written notice by email or fax 15 days prior to arrival.
PRICES INCLUDE:
Use of the apartment fully furnished with kitchenette, air conditioning / heating, TV in the bedroom, safe, water, electricity and gas. This includes bedding, bath and kitchen towels (changed weekly).
Free use of bicycles. Excludes final cleaning.
FREE SERVICES:
Coin laundry (with washing machine and dryer).
Vending machines for drinks and snacks.
Internet connection.
CLEANING: € 40.00 Compulsory
COT: € 20.00 per week (with linen)
Pets allowed: extra charge of € 10.00 per week
RULES 'OF PAYMENT:
30% deposit upon booking.
Balance, Deposits and final cleaning fee together with the delivery of the keys.
SECURITY:
€ 200.00 payable on arrival, € 250.00 for groups of young people.
The deposit will be returned to the customer at the start, after the direction has verified the intact condition of the apartments and equipment. |
