 Description La Nuova Orchidea |
La Nuova Orchidea is a recently built residence (2006) featuring brand new furniture, fittings and accessories.
It stands along the exclusive Viale San Martino, just in the heart of the Abissinia-Terme area ("Where we are"), and is situated a short distance from the spa establishment, the sea, the most famous bathing establishments and the free public beach.
Both the railway station and the city centre are easily accessible, since situated only 800 metres far from it. Not to be missed are the charming San Martino, Gramsci, Ceccarini and Dante avenues, which during the evening turn into pedestrian precincts and give guests the opportunity to go for long walks just in the heart of the city.
Near our residence are numerous shops, a supermarket, the Riccione’s Funfair and the so-called Indiana-Golf, the largest mini-golf in Italy, which is able to entertain both adults and children a short distance from the residence.
Flats are divided into 2 typologies:
-Two-roomed flats with double bedroom and bathroom (2/4 people);
-Three-roomed flats with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (4/6 people).
All flats are equipped with living room, four-burner cooking area, oven, fridge, freezer, dishes, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. In three-roomed flats, kitchens are also equipped with dishwasher.
The living room boasts a comfortable 2-seat sofa bed, 21 inch TV, satellite decoder, air conditioning and a wide balcony equipped with tables and chairs to eat and tan in the open air.
Every flat is also provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes-horse.
Bathrooms feature shower cubicle, hair-dryer and a sunny window.
Bedrooms are provided with a double bed with orthopaedic bed frame and fireproof mattress, air conditioning and electronic safe.
Every flat is equipped with steel-clad door, video intercom and parking place (in the garage or the nearby enclosed car park) and it is also possible to take advantage of a common tumble dryer.
Our residence is the ideal accommodation facility for families with children. |
