The Alma Residence is a new idea for a seaside holiday, completely refurbished, it offers apartments with individually controlled, large bathrooms with shower cubicle, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Furthermore, the Residence has a lift bar, car park on a first come, first served basis, laundrette and tumble drier (for a small fee), air conditioned veranda, reception desk and own cabins on the beach. Comfortable apartments for a new style of holiday in complete freedom.

Prices include: use of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, use of a fully furnished apartment with crockery and kitchenware, Tv and safe with digital combination.

* ARRIVAL TIME: saturday between 4 and 8 p.m.
* DEPARTURE TIME: saturday before and not after 10 a.m. The kitchen and cooking corner must be cleaned before departure, failure to do this lead to a penalty of € 50,00 to be deducted from the caution deposit.
* PAYMENT: 30% down payment at the time of booking, remainder to be paid on arrival.
* TO BE PAID ON SITE: Linen € 15,00 per person, per set (facultative), no kitchen linen available, extra bed € 100,00 per week.
End of stay cleaning (compulsory) € 40,00 untill 4 person, € 50,00 for 5 person, € 60,00 for 6 person. Pets welcome (upon request) at an extra cost of € 35,00 per week.
Kitchen and cooking corner to be cleaned by the client.
* CAUTION DEPOSIT: € 200,00 (remborsable upon departure, providing no damage or breakages have occured).
* PETS: only small pets welcome (please inform us at the moment of booking).
* APARTMENTS: two-room for 2 or 3 persons - two-room for 4,5 or 6 persons.
