The flats "La Rosa dei Venti" and "La Vela", receive the sea breeze, have well aired and luminous rooms. From the balconies you can see the evening walk because they are in the pedestrian zone near the "big fountain". The flats have simple and functional furnishing. A washing machine and a car park is available in common. The amount of the rent is inclusive of the consume of water, electricity and gas. The only things not inclused are bed linen and kitchen cloths.
