The house is situated in a central area, near to the seaside and a park where you can have healthy walks and relax in front of anice small lake.

General conditions:
Bookings with a deposit of 25% of the total amount are needed in advance, at the arrival you have to leave a Euro 100,00 deposit that will be given back to you when you leave the flat if no damage has been caused. You have to pay in full when you arrive.
The c1eaning can be done eitijer by the tourist or by someone else by paying the amount of 40,00 Euro.
N.B. Flats can be rent for a month or for a fortnight.
