2. ESPERIA Residence - Via Ovidio.
Modern new building, placed 50 mts. far from the seaside in a quiet area. It's provided with gralts type "A" and type "B" with TV color and large balconies. Lift. Parking underground.

3. ANNA Residence - Via Tibullo.
Completely restructured in the winter 2004, the Res.Anna is situated in a central area inside the pedestrian street, at 60 mt. away from the sea and shops. It is a small building with only two floors without lift. Availability of flats typ "A" and "B" modernly furnished with television, safe and big balcony. Parking place.

4. VILLA DEI PINI Residence - Via Quintilliano.
At about 70 mt from the sea is the new building Villa dei Pini Residence with spacious and good furnished flats with big balkony. Availability of type "A" and "B". Lift.

The Flats are located beside the beach or only a maximum of about 100 metres away from it.

Typ "A": Living-room and kitchenette, one bedroom, bathroom, balcony.
Typ "B": Living-room and kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom, balcony.

DEPOSIT: € 100,00/ € 210,00 for group of young people.

ON DEMAND:
Bed Linen € 10,00 weekly change for person;
Cradle € 20,00 for week
Final cleaning € 30,00 typ A / € 45,00 typ B

Boking are accepted only if you send us together with the confirmation an account of 30-50% of the total amount of the stay.
Arrival and key: saturday from 15:00hrs to 19:00hrs
For arrival in different time, please inform the AGENCY
Departure: saturday from 08:00 hrs to 10:00 hrs.
Discount for 3-4 weeks stay (excepted period 02.08 - 23.08)
